I've no understanding of document creation/layout/editing/etc... so please forgive my 'just make it so' suggestion. If it's not easily done, or would 'break' the document, all good, it's a great product already.
I added a Table of Contents, just you for Ser Flies (okay not really, but you gave me the idea). I also re-arranged it some to make a printout read and flow a bit better.
