I'm only at the hotel but... for the seedy illegal underside, The Howl seems nicer than most places? I mean they don't have licenced doctors but they can do gender affirming surgery?? Even the sex work seems to be built around consent! Honestly I'm waiting until I get home to finish it as the slight sense of dread waiting for the other shoe to drop and things to go super dark isn't the best to deal with when out and about ^^;
