Don't be afraid of D3D issue!!! :) It's not a "game's issue".
Many of us come across this problem because of the computers we have. ***Don't let it ruin your fun!!! ;)

Here're some GOOGLE OLUTIONS:

1. "D3D (Direct3D) errors, often "Failed to create D3D Device," usually stem from outdated drivers, insufficient GPU power, or game settings exceeding your hardware, with solutions involving updating drivers, verifying game files, lowering in-game graphics (especially resolution/effects), disabling overlays/overclocking, and sometimes reinstalling DirectX or clearing the GPU cache. For persistent issues, try using launch options like -windowed, checking power supply/GPU seating, or adjusting Windows display settings for refresh rates/formats. "
