okay so!! How i pulled off eyes with moving irises is an eye whites layer that blinks, then a clipped layer for the irises with tracking in between, then the lineart for on top of the eyes. Problem though, when the eye whites blinks, the top lineart doesn't hide... help ;-; aaaaaaa

found possible solution, duplicating layer in og program i drew it in and merging the duplicated version with the eye whites... which will need me to remake the eyewhites layer, but still, this is something that may need to be looked at

Thank you!! Note also, my solution for making the eye whites layer the one that blinks and making an "eyelash sandwich" where the eyelashes above are clipped to the eye whites and the eye whites have the eyelashes shape in it did work, so you should include that in your text tutorial!
