In which part are you having difficulty?

Hi, good afternoon, good evening, or good day I don't know how to get past the mansion level. I've searched everywhere and killed all the enemies, but it won't let me advance in the story. There's a window that says I need a rope or something to get down, and I can't find it. I'm playing on PC and I can't find anything. Could you help me? Oh, and by the way, your game is very good, great graphics, especially the graphics.

You need to go back down to the mansion; there will be a door you can now open. The rope will be there.
