Hi, the trucks and packs are visually excellent, but there’s a recurring technical issue shown in the logs:
Warning: Maximum number of configurations are reached for wheel. Only 128 configurations per type are allowed!
- This warning happens repeatedly with KW and AR-based vehicles and leads to mismatched wheel physics, unstable axles, and game crashes, even with AutoDrive and physics mods removed.

AI trucks on AutoDrive courses generally navigate correctly and unload properly, though the dump box can pulse during unloading — disconnecting and reconnecting the box fixes it. This shows AutoDrive itself works correctly; the issue is physics/configuration-based.

Shared bodies and wheel config pools across these packs make the behavior more likely to appear.
