What is the attachment research side job quest and how to get it, also can you restrain yourself with armbinders and chastity with vibrators or is that quest-only

I found the quest, but when I craft the item it won't appear in the inventory, and can I reenable toys and restraints on the transport, still this is a very good game 10/10

Hello there,
I presume you mean the hover cart restraints for the fast travel. Currently you can not re-enable them . but i might consider to build them in again. (but first i need to focus on the main story of the game)

And which item does not appear in the inventory please ?
Can i have some details ?
