you go around outright bullying him and others that don't mod to your standards and you think he's the disgrace just because he's doing shitty conversions
maybe he will get the hint to do better and actually learn to go through his mods and make sure they are error free before bestowing them on the community. i mean actions have consequences, you bring shit mods to the community your are going to be ruthlessly bullied because your modding sucks ass. its called constructive criticism
