yeah but I want an mod out of WoG2's Steam and the only reason for that is by naming sign's text
there is no way to edit sign text through either level editor, its done through editing files

YES but can you tell me how the NEW BUTTON works? the program crashes every time I create an new level also tell me how to edit signs NOW!!!
