Really enjoyed playing this on PlayTiles. I've got to the stage where I need to round up all the remaining people on the island with fever. I've got 10 so far, are there many more to find? Any tips?
I was stuck on 10 for a while too. I'd say check the airport if you haven't already.
I keep being told I can't enter without an ID. It's weird as I've finished everything else in the game. Maybe a bug? Do you know how you got in?
I snuck around the building behind the guard. Since the guard says you can't be there, I got serious GTA flashbacks when I did that.
