What tier should I subscribe to unlock mumu and mimi ?
To unlock Mumu, you only need one set of stamps (hence the F2C-Family tier). And for Mimi, you need 5 sets of stamps. So if you want to unlock both at once, F2C-Partner is the right choice, hope this helps ^_^.
