Same here, I emailed the third party and also through the pay support, but only got reply for once and nothing ever since.
what can you do, do they just keep my money forever? I can’t even do a withdrawal without the applied tax deductions. It’s just a contact support message.
I just keep sending emails and hope for a reply. Not sure what else we can do, maybe ask in the itch's official discord? I haven't tried there though.
