all pokemon are normal? except for a few and when I evolved an electric pikachu it turned into a normal raichu. Great bones tho! love it

Yep, Shiny are 100% in the game. Your electric Pikachu evolving to normal Raichu is just RNG – types/Natures/IVs are random per catch/evo.
