I saw you mention under another comment that a lot got cut from the game, so I'll try my best not to critique too harshly.
- What I will say about what I was able to play is that the shooting mechanic could use some work. Having enemies spawn from behind you and not being able to turn around to shoot them didn't feel very nice.
- I wish there was a little more visual feedback for taking damage, especially since audio couldn't make it in. There's nothing to tell the player how many hits they can take or how much damage they've already taken.
- More i-frames from damage taken would also be a nice QOL feature for the full game.
