Ok, listen very closely.
You know how every time you deliver a package, you have 3 option answers? Well, turns out that there is one correct option, and 2 wrong ones. You have to pick the correct option EVERY delivery. That's why you can click "Deliver package." Its so that you can go through them again if you missed any. Here is a guide I found a but ago that was recently updated:

easy, just repeat the delivery and get perfect score everytime, if you get 1 wrong you lose one point, idk how it works but in example you need 10 points if you do everything perfect you get 1 poit but if you miss 1 you lose 1 point, you need to repeat every delivery to get the scene, but beware if you answer its not satisfactory for the girls you will have to do everything again, so if you want to prevent this you should save the game before or after you click the scene
