Hi!! I don't know if it's just me but the way I was adressed in the new chapter (6.2) changed from what I originally picked. I have a male mc with a suit but the characters keep referring to me as 'My Lady' and when I choose to take of my coat I am suddenly wearing a dress

(1 edit) (+1)

Did you play from an old save? From what I've seen, that seems to be because of that! ❤️

Hi, i have a completely new save but my male mc is wearing a dress too although I picked a suit 😓

Oh!! Well that’s not right 🤔

Might be a variable not getting set right. Do you remember any specific place where the reference was wrong? 😯 if so I could easier diagnose the problem! ❤️

Thank you for telling me!

Its the scene where I arrive at the ball and take my coat off, suddenly the game describes my dress with many layers

Is it this scene?

You are wearing a dress/suit/costume that was made to be seen.
It clings to you, it promised skin beneath fair (colour adjective) layers with sheer deception.
And here comes the moment of truth. If you are, at sight, quite as revolutionary as promised by the modiste/tailor.

Because I double, triple, checked the variable and I'm not quite sure where it would be going wrong... 🧐 Do you choose any particular choice with the tailor/modiste?

Sorry for the late reply!

here is the scene:

You wear a gently flowing dress. One that shifts and charms at each turn, by nothing but the pure art of each layer of the skirt.

Its image was made for adoration.

i chose the charming, delicate suit and the inspiration  was prince.

Ohhhhh, ok. Not the bug I would have expected 😆 There isn't a "delicate dress"—the suit equivalent is "charming"..  But they share a lot of the same code and vibe so I might have made a misstep somewhere... def seems you're getting the "delicate" outfit tag somewhere, and as that's only for dresses i had written that one with no suit variable... Let me check where that might not have been set right.

Found it! Ok, I think I had planned for delicate and charming to send to the same set of code and then change just one thing... only, i never then did change that one... so it kept defaulting to delicate... 🫣

Thank you so much for your help! Combing through that section even allowed me to find another error i've been confused by for a while 😆These fixes will be updated with the next main chapter update ☺️🌹
