I initially believed that the product I purchased was the full package, so I proceeded with the purchase and downloaded it without realizing that it was only the starter pack. After using it, I discovered that it was not the full package I needed. Once I understood the issue, I immediately purchased the full package separately.

Since the initial purchase was made based on a misunderstanding and I later had to purchase the full package again, I would like to kindly request a refund for the starter pack.
