Best game ever!!! Playing this game is something I kept putting off cause it wasn't clear to me wether you could pick your gender or not (I can get confused over the simplest stuff) and I really didn't want to play from another male centered or gender ambiguous point of view. Ain't nothing wrong with those kinds of games but I'm a girl and I'd like to see that reflected in-game too. It's been so long since I've been able to be so immersed in a game.
And the best part is both genders will most likely get the same amount of content. The developers seem to be making the same story for male and female character so generally only the pictures and some dialogues will be changed. And of course every instance of she/he. That's good. That's definitely much easier to implement than in other games that theoretically let you play as who you want to, but you have 2 different stories presented for 2 different genders or 2 different perspectives of the same story and practically only one gender (usually male) really has content.
