4) what's with the half-hour rooftop meetings? Are they real? How do I pass 30 mins?
5) Are the apartments to the left of the school entrance accesable, or are they still in the plans and only the plans?

6) There are rats behind the salon, as well as toxic waste. We can talk to the mutant rat in the school, so how do I get behind the salon to talk to this one??
