You extract the contents of "TheSequel.rar" into your "mod" folder. Keep in mind, that maps are currently packed separately, so you'll have to download them too.

it appear and pop up that want to use registry that locate in
Data/Defaults/ WorldEditor.reg

i remembered that i downloaded serious sam from your site (
the file is large size above 6 giga byte )
that contain every thing , and the editor is opened in your file
