You have to get two keys. There's a room in front of Santa's bedroom that is locked, the key to it's door is in the Kitchen with one of the dancing elves. Get this key and head to this locked room, and there will be a key somewhere on the floor. After that, just go to the front door and open it. The police is there! I hope you punch/shoot some penguins too!
