Hi which version/file did you try and download? Do you mean the link itself won't download or that the file when trying to use it after a download isn't loading?

The most common problem for S1 is the Android file has two different downloads for the archive file for some older Androids one file works but the other doesn't for some reason. (that is why there are two) So if it's the Android version this was her post helping this issue:

You need to download for Season 1 the files called 0.7B (which is either PC/Mac or in Android's case the following two files seem to work best (I have one backup copy for media files as it seems very old Androids have some problems with one of them)
SEASON 1 - Karlsson's Gambit 0.7B Android APK (be sure to download the media or 56 MB
archive7bmain.rpa (Android main rpa file for images try backup if this has problems loading 2.9 GB
(Android files there you need both)
My note: There is another rpa file for S1 also there that is the backup that for some reason works on some select Android phones but not all of them. (still haven't figured this out so just made two version, sorry about the inconvenience if this is the issue, I will note to her to try and add more description in the files)
