Congrats on making it in 24 hours! I really like the clicker vibe, and just like the weapons, I think clicking itself could also have upgrades. No enemies loaded on level 2 for me, so I ended up leaving after a while.

I don’t really think the level system and limitation worked very well, but I still had some fun upgrading turrets.

Yeah some of the components are a bit janky, originally the waves didn't progress and the main menu just forced you into the game haha. This was my first time trying a tower-defense style game, I figured the clicker vibe would set it apart and maybe give a sense of urgency and potentially more control for if you really wanted an upgrade as you did not have to wait a long time to get enough points.

I can see your perspective on the execution of the limitation, in my head the idea of like Minecraft's Hardcore mode sounded pretty good though it would probably help if there was a better incentive for progressing forward, essentially a more attractive hook.

I'm happy to hear at least you were able to find a way to have fun with this janky project though!happy froggy
