If you have everything else completed, just go back through another loop, play with Lina's camera on Saturday, talk with Lin on Sunday morning, get the note, and use Lina's camera on Sunday at noon.
The problem is that I've already tried it, but as shown in Figure 1, I can't get a dialogue.
I literally just completed this one yesterday, so I know it's not broken at least on version 0.53. Might be a question for the devs.
