Wanted to write a comment last week... But I see there's  a new version already. So the criticals are already fixed.

You can still get more than a 100% crit chance. Could be a feature to avoid players from going autopilot.

Not sure how some demon arts like Upheaval works or if it works but maybe that's because enemies don't last long after round 20 (maybe I should use less broken things). Still have to try them all

Balance wise the best spells still feel like the ones that do less damage at the begging (Echoes, Ember, Nimbus ). Sparks with the new damage upgrades also are pretty broken. Balancing is hard especially with so much variety and broken games are also fun though. Poison feels a bit weak when it only does 1 damage like 5 times in the latter rounds, but poison is also a pretty hard thing to balance.

I really like the game had a lot of fun trying different stuff and figuring things out. The idea and execution are pretty good. Also I appreciate the automix and key remapping functions.

Also looks good, sounds good and the details like each enemy making a different sound, the frog facepalming, enemy animations and the cauldron changing with upgrades add a lot of charm. It's feels pretty polished overall.

Yeaah, there are still a lot of overpowered broken builds in the game but right now, we’re heavily focused on balancing them. Hopefully, in the next update, there won’t be any overpowered builds anymore :3
