Is there a way to do this on Android? 

Becouse I've red trough the whole thing and haven't seen a mention of being able to activate it on Android/mobile. 

I know you said you play Pc but im just curious if you know of someone who has done it or know of a way to do it.

Check entry 86 in the tips section. It's right above all the cheat codes. It says to long press on the avatar frame (I assume this means the portrait next to your health) during RPG/Adventure mode to display the cheat code input box. I have no personal experience playing the game on android so if this doesn't work, then I cannot help you further.
