I'm a little confused it says "Adult content patch is hosted on our Patreon, available for free." does that mean you don't need a patreon subscription to download or is it you do its just free once you download the patreon sub. I tried to click on the link to download the nsfw version and its telling me to unlock I need to subscribe to you Patreon which is confusing because I thought it was free. I might just be dumb idk😭
