if you look at the comment below supposedly it is being worked on, but I could have sworn he stopped cause of reasons I don't remember. but I recollection is from years ago. so I'm not the most reliable resource of news on this game.  

Go join the Discord, last I knew he was done with this game (unfinished) an d was going to switch to less demanding visual novel style games to tell the rest of the story.  I'm unsure if that has changed, I stopped checking a year ago.
