I couldn't reproduce that small square issue. Make sure you set the image size when you create a new one. Anyway, I have updated the app and I tested it with Windows 11 and it seems to be working. I also changed the grid feature to allow you to set the size of the grid. Please give it a shot, if you still want a refund tell me.
