Pretty damn fun. completed all the levels this time
- i like the new default for controlling the bat better. it feels chaotic to try and aim at enemies between bat swings which i think is cool
- game looks great, effects in particular are top notch
- the music is all great and i love the way it changes when you clear an encounter
- I've never had performance issues with this game before but i ran into a lot of stuttering this time
- this game is really damn chaotic. I think it is part of the appeal but half the time i died my reaction was"huh?" because i genuinely did not understand what just happened
- i didnt understand the boxers in the last level or why i couldnt move when fighting them sometimes
- favorite weapons by far are the shotgun and missile launcher
- the game feels so much better now that bullets move fast
- pretty hard to tell what you can/cant shoot over
- fuck the plant level in particular with the exploding bullets, they reminded me of the exploding kunai in ninja gaiden 2
- the new portraits and ammo hud are top notch
really good stuff, this game gets better every time i play it. it feels like absolute chaos and i think half the time i beat a level that dumb luck played a major factor. keep up the good work
