Thank you so much for letting us know. Have you downloaded and installed the most recent app ? We've updated it about 2 weeks ago to fix that issue.
So a few things, The newest updated as linked isn't working properly. I switched back to the one that came out Nov 28th. It works there, but it defaults to Babysitter, until I clear the cache, then it will let me use Pearl. Prior to that, I had the same issue with trying to load Becca. I had to clear the cache to get her to load. For becca and babysitter, I am able to toggle clothes. But with the Nov 28th update, I can't do it for Pearl. So there is something wrong with the most recent update posted.
