Help!

I have a big broblem with Menacing Hobo. I can't hit him and can't debuff him likes other enemies. i try to use every talk option but it not work. He can dodge my attack and he away flee after poisons me. it is so annoying.

Any tips for beat him?

Yeah, been there too, i dunno how to fix it at that point so i just avoided going out until i got stronger, then he cant avoid my attacks, so you could just interact with your roomate until you have enough dexterity for him to no evade, or enough inteligence for him to get debuffed

You can't hit the target because his agility value is too high. You can use threats in the conversation to reduce his agility value. I hope the small suggestion I made can be helpful to you
