Also, yeah, being able to use a revolver as S/A-D/A is always good, except when it's the R8 from CS:GO where the trigger weighs like a semi-truck.(I didn't know the M10 was DAO, though, but let's sketch both of those to internal modifications and hollow-point rounds...)
