Another questions, I plan to have the character grow up and meet the other characters, they officially get together and married when they are adults. Is this fine? (it's an arranged marriage plotline)
That's more than fine! I mostly referred to a story about childhood romance. I don't mind if it's one part of a romance, just not the entire romance.
