you've talked about yes,yes,no or saying yes to question about lvl1 and 2 but i dont understand what you mean by that, there is no such thing

Do not break taboos!
There are two ways to unlock that scene:
First way: you need to unlock the 'Luna takes a break' scene from Chapter 1. In it, you must jerk the guy off (the 'to help you' button must be clickable). After that you must complete Lyralei's arc and get any of the winning endings: Fan love, Forbidden things or Lyralei's dirty mouth (Offlaner tier). After that you will move on to the third act - 'The story continues'. During the 'Never have I ever jerked off a stranger' question, lie by pressing 'Don't drink'. This will unlock the ending.
The second way to get this scene is to start the game from Chapter 2, Lyralei in the Tavern. After that, choose 'Pull out' in the 'One mouth is not enough' scene. This will make Luna receive cum on her face. Finish Chapter 2, getting either the Forbidden things or the Fan love ending. Reach the 'Never ever has anyone cum on my face' question in Chapter 3, The story continues and then lie by picking 'Don't drink'.
