- What stage is the IP currently in (concept, GDD, prototype, etc.)?
- Do you have funding secured for development, or is this intended as a revenue-share only collaboration?
- What would be the expected role and responsibilities of the development partner?
- What platforms are you targeting?
- How would IP ownership and revenue share be structured?
