Do you have maybe other web browser? I tested on two different PCs, one higher end and one kinda old, but we tested only on Firefox, and it worked as it should. I now installed Google Chrome, and it was indeed a less stable experience, because I had stutters every 10 seconds. Chromium based browsers issue
