Perhaps uodated your about me further? In Patreon completely switch over to the LN mode and avoid the game talk? Then again it is how you started right? Haven't played the game fully yet though I do see lots of broken hearts understandably. I imagine ripping the bandaid would help them move on faster and you as well. Leaving the game here would be good as advertisement too just make it aware that in the title that this is to advertise your book and everyone can continue the adventure when you're done.
