I'm having the same problem. Tried zero mods, still did it. The map sometimes works. From what I've seen when it does work the map is great!

You may have to delete that Zip and Download a new one. Sometimes the Zips get corrupted.
would it have to be unzipped or no?
I never Unzip Mods unless it specifically tells you to do so. I just Download it then go to your Downloads Copy it and then go to your Mods Folder and Paste it.

You’re looking for Shader Cache and Jim Cache Folders where your Mod Folders are located. Type them into your Search Bar.
