We decided to read the theme of the jam as in "Don't totally trust your eyes, trust your memory a bit more", and it's so cool to see that someone liked the concept of memorizing the hidden traps so much!
Regarding the music, I've already explained it in another comment, it was created with the idea of making a distopic game, something that we didn't do at the end.
