You create a new game, open the app, search for a guy who wants to be your master, and contact him. If there are no such ads, skip a few days and check back. You don't need any skills or work, just check for a maximum of five days. Usually, the first three attempts to contact someone end in kidnapping. I've noticed that once the guy lets you go, you can't be matched again, but I hope that will be possible in the future.
