Hey there! Sorry for taking so long to respond! Could you please elaborate on the issue you're having? Is the aim supposedly off for you? Are you using a keyboard or a gamepad?
Do you mean the opposite of the key you are pressing? Just to be clear, on PC, you aim with your mouse, not with movement direction (pretty much like all top-down view games)
