KeyError: 'Monarchist_Confederation'

can someone help me with this error? I think it might be due to a revolution, but I'm not sure though. Many other people are experiencing the same problem too.

yeah, i have it in almost every time i play, though i managed to kinda bypass it, try saving your game after every major event, like invading a country, an alliance and war etc.. and if it crashes, exit the game and load into your save, it will still crash but after like an hour. hope this helps!
