How to save game? Why when i save game in the write save file name, I cannot do anything?

Someone just suggested this in my Discord (not sure if it's the same person ^^)
[1] Delete the entire game
[2] Reinstall the game on the system disk
[3] When saving, type the save file name and press Enter while the input indicator is flashing (this will save the game), but not the Enter key next to the number keys (this will not save the game).
