how rare is the exception easter egg?

Hey there, it says the rarity inside the exception text :D 9999 in 10000 will get it.
lol I pulled a dumb an thought it meant it was super rare. whoops!
All good, it was like that in the beginning (but I included it for every beta tester), but beta testers like it so I added it for basically everyone :)
