When talking to Catfish during the investigation of the dressing room, Ed's soundfont gets replaced with theirs.
When investigating the phone booth, Rook's soundfont gets replaced.
During the interviews, when going into the dressing room, you can walk into the clothing rack (idk if this is route specific, Sailor's group).
Upon spamming Z and X while talking with someone, you can access the menu overlay while the character is talking.
You can also do the walking animation while a character is talking.
