I think this is a VERY solid start. I like the straightforward gameplay loop and the creepy atmosphere. The The UI is clean and to the point, and the bear animations add tons of character. I think what this needs is more detailed texture work and sound elements. The fact that most doors in the hallways are the same and there is little texture on the walls makes the way-finding unnecessarily hard and misses a chance to create environmental storytelling. As for the sound, it feels rather odd that some scenes have it and some don't. It makes it so it feels like an error, rather than a choice. A simple solution would be a basic footstep sound with programmatic pitch variation. Certainly, I think the bears should have some sort of sound as well. I hope you all consider working on this further down the road! Keep me posted if you do :)
