Third time i went to upgrade my motorcycle and unable to leave screen, retalk to her, or interact with anything but the mute sound option. She just sits there smirking at me, like this was her doing. SORRY YOU HAVE A BIG JUICY ASS THAT I SMAKCED!
Press F1 repeatedly. If it locks again when you return to the parking lot, try pressing F1 repeatedly until it unlocks; then start the dialogue with Toni (or a nearby character), then exit the dialogue and repeat the F1 process. It works for me. XD
