Maybe it's some kind of bug, I don't know. But I save every new Monday. I leave the lantern on Astrid, and after one or two replays, it counts as the quest. Maybe it's due to generation and randomness, I don't know.
Okay, so I figured it out. The "hide" button needs to be clicked when Noire appears x)
