Heyyy it’s not working on Mac for me 😔… is there a specific way I’m supposed to open it?

I’ve allowed it through the privacy & security stage too so idk what’s going on

Could you tell me what's happening? The application doesn't appear even after extracting the zip folder?

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issues too, on a Mac as well!

The application and other folders (game, lib, renpy) appear after extracting the zip folder, but even after allowing it through the privacy and security stage nothing opens even after clicking on it.

Hi! I’m sorry you’re having trouble launching the game on Mac. This is a common issue with macOS security (Gatekeeper) for apps developed on Windows. To fix this and force the game to open, please follow these steps:

Give execution permission:
- Open the Terminal app on your Mac.
- Type chmod +x (make sure there is a space after the x).
- Drag the game application file (.app) into the Terminal window and press Enter.
See about the "Quarantine" attribute
Launch the game by right-clicking the app and selecting "Open".

Got stuck on the attribute thing so I asked AI 💀

For other ppls reference, for step 2, type ‘xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine’, do a space and then drag the file here again
